Best oral presentation award

We would like to share with you the news of the MIPOL2024 edition! The MIPOL YOUNG symposium.

On the 2nd congress day, two full afternoon sessions dedicated to the short oral communications by Young Scientists (15 min including discussion) will give them a unique opportunity to interact with an international audience.

The Best Oral Presentation Award is dedicated to participants in the MIPOL Young symposium. Therefore, only Ph.D. students and post-doc fellows aged 32 or younger are eligible for competition.

The winner will receive a € 250 prize kindly provided by the sponsors. This prize can be re-invested for participating in scientific meetings and events.

An international jury made up of eminent scientists in the field of polymers will evaluate the oral presentations of the Young Scientists and select the winner based on the following criteria: clarity in presentation, excellence in research, and knowledge of the subject demonstrated in the discussion with the audience.

The winner of the Best Oral Presentation Award will be announced in front of all congress attendees at the end of the Milan Polymer Days annual congress. The announcement represents one of the highlights of the closing ceremony.
